Our commitment:
If there is an issue with your order, let us know right away so that we can fix it. Our commitment to you is that we will fix it! If your order is incorrect or you receive a defective item, we will make it right.
Return Policy:
Refunds will be provided for returned product within 5 (FIVE) days of receiving the product. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs incurred to send item(s) back to us. Return instructions will be provided via email. If you have a product that needs to be returned, please send an email to sales (at) otherlyshoppe dot com.
No refunds for buyers remorse. Returns and refunds are for defective and incorrect items only.
Shipping:
All items will be shipped via USPS either Priorty Mail or First Class. We are only shipping to the United States, Mexico and Canada at this time. Shipments to Canada and Mexico may have an increased shipping cost greater that the displayed shipping cost.
Tracking:
All shipments, regardless of size, quantity or weight will include a tracking number for your convenience and protection.
Processing Time:
Your order will be processed, packaged and shipped to you within 48 hours of your cleared payment.
